About Us

Wine for Dudes are a locally owned and operated wine tour company dedicated to showcasing the best of Margaret River’s wine, food, and natural beauty. Our small group tours focus on authentic experiences, local knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Wine Tour Guide, you’ll lead guests on engaging, informative, and fun tours of Margaret River’s iconic wineries, breweries, distilleries, and food producers. You’ll be the face of our brand - creating memorable experiences while ensuring safe and smooth travel throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-day group wine tours and private charters, plus the occassional transfer

• Drive comfortable tour vehicles (up to 22-seaters)

• Share stories and insights about the region, its history, and wine production

• Build rapport with guests and create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere

• Support and compliment the presentation of winery hosts and encourage sales

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers

About You

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional

• Confident public speaker and natural storyteller

• Strong interest in wine and local produce (formal wine knowledge a bonus)

• Great with time management and problem-solving on the go

• Comfortable driving and navigating rural roads

​

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Light Rigid Driver’s Licence (or C class licence, and be willing to obtain LR within 2 months)

• Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authorisation

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

• First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Legal right to work in Australia

• Available to work weekends and holidays
