Wine for Dudes Wine Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control, including not reaching minimum daily numbers. In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour an alternative tour of equal value or a full refund.
Wine for Dudes retain a fifty percent rebate on guests cancelling less than 24 hours before their scheduled tour - tour voucher for another time can be arranged.
Tour guests (who are tasting wine/beer) must be 18+ years of age and should not drink alcohol 8 hours prior to tour. Tour drivers and Cellar Door staff are RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified and keep a constant eye out for the safety and wellbeing of all passengers at all times. Passengers that endanger or disrupt this priority, will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour.
The wineries we visit are small boutique family run wineries where we are their guests and need to respect them by behaving accordingly. A good reputation among Cellar Doors for a safe and enjoyable experience, is another top priority for Wine for Dudes.
The Wine for Dudes fleet are 'TC' licenced vehicles. Just like any other public transport vehicle, heavy fines apply for drinking on the bus, both passenger and driver, on or beside the bus!
All wineries and breweries have a 'Producer Only License' which means that only alcohol that can be consumed on the premises has to be made from that premises. Strict new RSA laws combined with public liability issues, mean that alcohol can only be consumed in specific designated areas at at each premises.
REQUIREMENTS: Casual tidy dress, sense of humour and a clear head.
NB: Kids can come on for 50% of the ticket price.
